Nottingham-based conveyancing department are now looking to add to their team with the appointment of an experienced residential conveyancer to join with immediate effect.
 
You could be qualified or non-qualified but you should be able to handle your own caseload of matters across the full remit of conveyancing - including : sales and purchases, re-mortgages, dealing with both freehold and leasehold (including shared ownership properties), new builds, repossessions, deeds of gifts, assents, equity releases, drafting declaration of trusts and other general property related matters.
 
Applications are invited from outgoing and confident fee earners who are able to forge excellent working relationships with both internal and external clients.
 
You will be totally committed to Residential conveyancing as an area of law and ideally you will have some networks of your own within the East Midlands market.
 
You will be computer literate and self-motivated , able to handle the demands of key clients , working to their timescales and be "visible" to estate agents and other sources of referral.
 
Applications will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Nottingham area.
