A firm with several offices across the South East and London are looking to recruit in to the family law team at one of their key East Sussex locations.
 
The firm are Lexcel accredited and are well-regarded for their work in family law, with it being one of their key practice areas. The department handle a broad range of family cases covering private matters such as divorce, civil partnerships and ancillary relief, as well as publicly funded work on children, care and more.
 
Due to an increase in work the firm are in a position to expand; as such this is a new post within the family team. You will join and be asked to run your own caseload whilst also assisting the Head of Department on more high value and complex cases.
 
To be considered you will be:

• 1-3 years' PQE. NQ's with pre-qualification experience may also be considered
• Able to manage your own workload with minimal supervision
• Someone who puts a strong focus on client care in your day to day practice
• Ambitious and keen to learn and progress

This is a highly attractive opportunity for a junior family solicitor keen to gain more autonomy over their workload and seeking progression in a firm recognised for their work in family law, both private and publicly funded. 
 
Your remuneration will be competitive and dependent on experience, and you will be joining a firm with a friendly team that promote a collegiate working environment. The firm also boast a town centre location with good transport links, for example just a few minutes walk from the main train station with connections all across the county.
