Well respected and progressive Hertfordshire firm, seeks a qualified Residential Property Solicitor to join their increasingly busy Property team. This is an opportunity to work in a fresh, new, town centre office with an expanding firm.

Role Description
The successful applicant will join the Residential Property Team consisting of two experienced Solicitors and secretarial support staff. You will manage a varied caseload of 15-20 completions per month, working on instruction to completion, sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold property, and reports on title. Although this firm prides itself on its repeat business rate, you will implement business development and marketing strategies in order to aid the growth and expansion of the business.

Candidate Specification
To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of five years PQE. This role is ideal for candidates looking to join a busy and growing firm in an idyllic town centre location.

Remuneration
The salary on offer is dependent on experience and will be in the region of £35,000 to £40,000 dependent of experience. Company Pension scheme is offered to all employees.
