Senior Corporate Lawyer - Dubai - UAE
Leading Law firm.
Search is assisting an leading Law firm with their expansion in the GCC and are seeking a senior level corporate lawyer, with experience and exposure to the UAE market, to be based in their highly recognised Dubai office.
The firm has been based in the GCC for a number of years and has had some solid exposure to the GCC region. They are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer, familiar with UAE and someone who is able to manage a team.
Prior experience in a must and candidate will be expected to generate work within this market, alongside traveling to the firms other offices as and when is necessary.
The firm have an established history in the GCC and are ideally seeking individuals who have at least 7 years experience operating in the Middle East, ideally within an international law firm.
Candidates will need to be common law admitted. Ideally in a recognised Common law jurisdiction and received training from a leading law firm.
The focus will be corporate law so candidates would be well versed in:
- Corporate M&A's
- Joint Venture agreements
- Commercial agreements
- IPO's
- Foreign investment
The salary and package will be determined by the calibre and level of candidate. Suffice to say it will be at an international London rate between £100,000 - £120,000
