Our client is a leading firm in Leeds which enjoys good profile and which acts for a range of businesses and High Net Worth individuals.

They are now looking to appoint a lawyer to focus on HNW private client work , and that person will be coming from a firm which is rated in this field and must have had experience of acting for business clients with investments. Those candidates with significant Client care skills and deportment are of paramount importance, as is the technical ability to be comfortable with Tax, Trusts, and substantial estates administration as well as more basic wills and probate.

From a technical perspective the firm are hoping for someone with c5+yrsPQE of HNW work. The firm are keen that someone is studying for or interested in attaining the STEP qualification if not already qualified, and funding for this is possible as part of the firm investing in your professional development.

Going forwards the firm want this next recruit to become really involved in their small Private Client department. You'll work closely with a Partner and benefit from plenty of introductions to clients and other professional intermediaries in West Yorkshire and the region and thus this represents a really good platform from which to take your career forwards.

Suitable candidates must have a clear long term commitment to Yorkshire, but you do not need to bring clients and so people with connections to the region and who may wish to relocate back are encouraged to apply.
