Job Details
My client is a well established family run organisation that specialises in private client wealth management. They are based in beautiful Warwickshire town and, due to on ongoing expansion, looking to recruit a conveyancing paralegal with a minimum of 12 months experience in residential property sales and purchase work.
The business employs a range of legal specialist to advise on private client and property work, including Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and non-qualified legal fee earners and due to the structure of their business you will not work to completion targets or need to time record as is often the case in private practice.
The work on offer is sales and purchase matters for freehold and leasehold properties, and you will need a minimum of 12 months experience in this area to be able to undertake the work, though full and ongoing training comes with this opportunity.
Solid basic salary and non-targeted bonus scheme on offer.
