Job Details

A good sized firm with five offices around London are looking for an experienced immigration lawyer to work at their Shepherds Bush office.  They are looking for a solicitor or caseworker with Law Society  Immigration and Asylum Accreditation as a Senior Caseworker (Level 2) or OISC Level 3 and Supervisory accreditation. The successful candidate will need to have experience in matters including Asylum, Human Rights, Appeals, detention work (IRC), cases involving minors, Judicial Review casework and will be required to supervise the immigration/ asylum department of the firm as required by the LAA contract and to ensure that the quality of advice and case work within the Immigration Department is of an appropriately high standard.  The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be competitive.
