A legal 500 and Chambers listed law firm are looking to recruit into their agricultural property team.

This firms specialist department deals with the full range of matters in regards to agricultural land such as the sale and purchase of farms,land and other agricultural property, tenancy agreements, diversification projects, renewable energy projects, development of land and agricultural leases. They are able to attract a steady stream of excellent quality commercial work from large farm owners, landed estates and agricultural businesses.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at least 2 years experience in this area of law and be keen to progress further in this specialist area. As well as the fee earning side of things you will get the opportunity to get involved in the marketing activities of the departments and will enjoy direct client contact.

Agricultural solicitors in this part of the country are in demand and there is always opportunities and interest in lawyers of this specialised skillset in this sector.
