Commercial Dispute Resolution PSL

With an enviable client list and over 400 experienced litigation lawyers across the globe, our clients Litigation and Dispute Management Group has handled some of the largest and most complex disputes and challenging regulatory investigations around the world in recent years. Their busy and growing PSL team supports the practice group in all areas of knowledge, (including precedents, guidance notes, current awareness, training (face to face and online), knowhow and special projects), as well as supporting clients with training and knowledge services.

They are looking for experienced and technically excellent lawyers to grow the team and expand the PSL support they offer to the practice group.

The Litigation PSL team provides support to each of the specialist teams within the practice group with dedicated PSL resource for commercial dispute resolution, financial services disputes and investigations, real estate litigation and construction. The PSL team also works closely with PSLs across the practice group and the firm's wider PSL network on firmwide initiatives and to share experience and best practice. You will have access to senior partner support and supervision by principal associates PSLs.

Key responsibilities:

Skills and experience:

• Have at least 5 years post qualification experience in all aspects of commercial dispute resolution. Experience as a PSL is helpful but not essential.
  * Be a team player and a self-starter with a wide commercial perspective and a strong desire to do things differently and better.
  * Have a strong interest in the black letter law, excellent technical skills,an eye for detail, a keen interest in delivering training and first class presentation skills. Knowledge and technical expertise in digital media and online/electronic training systems and programmes is helpful but not essential.
