Commercial Property Solicitor

Nelson Chambers are delighted to be representing a Commercial Property firm in Ipswich. 

The firm are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy Property Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to take the next step in their career and work with a leading law firm who offer excellent progression opportunities. 

• Ideally 2 - 4 years PQE, but happy to look at NQ or more senior Solicitors.

The successful candidate will have experience in handling a varied caseload including commercial development, property finance, Landlord and Tenant, acquisitions and disposals.

It is essential that you have gained a solid grounding in commercial property within a strong regional or commercial law firm. In addition, you will have solid client relationship and business development skills.

You’ll be managing your own caseload and providing support and supervision to others so it’s important that you are an effective communicator, can stay calm under pressure and have the ability to prioritise workloads. Excellent organisational skills are also essential.

In reward the company offers a competitive benefits package and a base salary of between £34,000 - £58,000.
