The Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Commercial and Corporate Solicitor to come in as the number 2 of an already successful team. You will work directly alongside the highly regarded Managing Partner in all aspects, help lead the team, develop the Practice, and ultimately achieve Partnership.

The successful candidate will be highly experienced in all matters, including but not limited to; commercial agreements, complicated shareholder agreements, trademark applications, mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and other areas.

As a senior member of the team you will be responsible for handling the direction and management of more junior members. There will also be the opportunity to work closely alongside a very commercially minded managing partner who will provide exposure to all manner of interesting client relationships.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor with at least 5 years experience in Commercial & Corporate matters.
• You will feel comfortable managing a team and engaging in business development.
• You will deal with a high quality of work
• You will find excellent prospects for progression
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience
