You will be a Solicitor experienced in Corporate & Commercial matters.

The Corporate & Commercial department in this firm is the main stay of the firm and one of the most highly regarded outside of Central London. They specialise in Joint ventures, corporate restructurings, divestments, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Clients include sports, property and technology sector related companies

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with 1-3 years' experience.
• Legal 500, Large regional firm with a stand-out culture
• You will have good experience of dealing with both Contentious and Non-Contentious work
• You will deliver first-class client service
• Excellent prospects within a growing, progressive practice
