Job description:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Childcare Locum to join a Local Authority in the North East for an initial 3 month period with the possibility of extension.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Childcare Locum to join a Local Authority on a full time locum basis. Our client is offering flexible working arrangements, including home working.
The successful candidate will be dealing with:
- A Childcare caseload, with around 12 care proceedings
- Issuing care and drafting
- Attending court (pre-proceedings), as well as meetings and covering PLOs
Salary: £30-40 per hour
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within Childcare Law in a Local Authority. It is essential that candidates are either a Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with current practising certificate.
