Commercial Contracts Assistant - Basingstoke - £23k- £26k

Your new company
You will get the opportunity to work for one of the leading technology distribution organisations in Europe. You will be working within their In house legal team assisting on all commercial contracts.

Your new role
Your new role will involve you assisting on Vendor contracts by managing new vendor set up, business overview and review issuing standard contracts, coordinating and managing both internal & vendor personal until an agreement is in place. You will also assist on any sales contracts and NDAs by ensuring all are proof read and have had clarifications/approval by the appropriate individual within the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have 2 years experience dealing with commercial contracts In-House or working as a paralegal within the commercial team. You will also be a great team member, have excellent attention to detail, be highly organised and be able to work under pressure with time constraints.
