I am working with a leading US law firm who are currently looking for an associate to join the Banking practice in their Hong Kong office.
In addition to strong academic credentials, you should possess the drive and determination needed to thrive in a fast-paced practice, handling the legal intricacies of large-scale banking transactions. Excited by the cut-and-thrust of deal-making, you should be undaunted by hard work and eager to demonstrate the dedication needed to deliver an outstanding work product.
With established teams in every major financial market, they are widely recognized as leaders in their field.
The ideal candidate will have gained admission in Australia, England & Wales, Singapore or Hong Kong and have between 1-4 years PQE. You will have gained experience in general banking finance, including leveraged, structured, project finance, syndicated and bilateral financings (both secured and unsecured); and fluency in Mandarin would be a bonus.
