I'm currently working with a well respected West Midlands regional firm who is looking to recruit another contentious probate lawyer for their established team.
 
My client is in a period of strategic growth, and having built a decent offering in contested private client work they are looking to recruit an additional lawyer with at least 3-4 years experience in this area to advise on probate litigation work. In line with this area of work, ACTAPS membership would be desirable.
 
The team deal with a variety of disputes within this field, including issues concerning validity of Wills, estates and inheritance, claims under the Inheritance Act 1975 and capacity issues and include Solicitors across a range of levels of experience. 
 
You will be supported by a strong private client team and sit within the wider commercial dispute department. As the expectation is that you have already gained a reasonable level of experience in contentious probate work, it follows that you would participate in marketing and promoting the department to maintain and grow work flows.
