The Immigration team is legal directory rated and advises on a mixture of business immigration and private client immigration matters for both businesses (including international businesses) and individuals.
This role will see you dealing with quality work which includes; sponsorship-based visa applications; Licensing as a sponsor with UKV1 and ongoing compliance with the sponsor regime; immigration compliance audits; Tier 1 (Investor) and Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa; British citizenship and indefinite leave to remain/settlement applications/ EEA related applications and advice; challenging unlawful UKV1 decisions and visitor visas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Immigration Solicitor with between 4 -7 year's PQE to join a celebrated department and undertake some great quality work. Previous supervision experience such as supervising trainees or paralegals is also required for the role.
