Senior Associate/Associate, Travel Tourism and Insurance

A leading international practice is seeking to appoint an Associate/Senior Associate to join its Travel Tourism and Insurance team in Exeter, who advise across broad spectrum of travel litigation work. The main responsibilities of this role include advising on both Claimant and Defendant matters, England and Wales jurisdictional claims, foreign jurisdictional claims, and advice on insurance policies. A vast majority of the work will have an international focus. The successful candidate will be tasked with further developing the firm’s provision of travel and insurance litigation on a national basis.
