A brand new opportunity has arisen at a global law firm for an experienced Paralegal to join a ‘Travel, Tourism and Insurance’ legal department in Exeter. This leading international practice advises across a broad spectrum of travel litigation work. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling their own caseload of travel related injury claims in the England and Wales jurisdiction, and pure foreign law claims including RTA, accidents at sea/in the air, slips & trips and winter sports injury claims. The candidate will also be tasked with handling subrogation claims on behalf of the firm’s insurer clients and advising on contractual issues of travel insurance policies.

Applications are encouraged from paralegals with personal injury and/or travel litigation experience. You must have experience of managing disputes cases from start to finish.
