Administrator / Secretary with Property Law practice in London (SW)  

The practice 

For a small practice based in Fulham and established in September 2003. The solicitors in the practice have particular expertise in property law and certain areas of litigation 


The Role

This is a PA/Admin/Secretarial position. The principal is seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic graduate with relevant work experience. Responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting principal fee earner in relation to property law cases
  • administration of files
  • some typing (dictated and copy)
  • answering the telephone and liaising with clients as required
  • legal research
  • assisting with the preparation of legal documents
  • ledger accounts data input

Person Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in law or GDL)
  • prior work experience of at least 3 months full time continuous work in a law practice or similar organisation
  • good communication skills
  • be pro-active self-motivated and have plenty of common sense
  • well organised and good attention to detail
  • proficient in use of excel and word programs
  • LPC desirable but not essential
