The IT / Commercial department of this leading UK law firm is looking to appoint an additional Associate into their Commercial team based in Cardiff.
IT / Commercial Associate to join a leading UK law firm based in Cardiff
The successful candidate will be joining a highly respected and well run team and will be advising on a range of IT / Commercial matters including (but not limited to):-
Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts, including IT system, software procurement, licencing, supply and outsourcing.
