Industrial Disease Solicitor

Due to strategic growth and the on going success of their Industrial Disease department, this very well regarded and well structured Personal Injury specialist practice based on the Wirral are now looking to develop their Industrial Disease offering with the hire of an experienced Industrial Disease Solicitor.

You will be given full responsibility for handling your own caseload of high value complex litigated Industrial Disease claims, including NIHL, VWF and RSI claims. You will be expected to work with complete autonomy on your own caseload and provide assistance to the Senior team members of the team on complex and technical cases as and when necessary.

You will ideally have in excess of 2 years' PQE and previous experience of handling an array of Industrial Disease claims as part of a reputable Industrial Disease unit however all levels of PQE are encouraged to apply.
