Senior Compliance & Conduct Analyst

An opportunity for an experienced compliance officer is now available at a well known law firm in Leeds.

In this role you will be working with HR and Learning and Development to ensure staff are trained on all aspects of Governance, Risk and Compliance. To own the Complaints area for the Department. To keep abreast of new legislation and regulation and keep colleagues appraised and up to date on same.

You will ensure that all compliance policies and procedures, and professional obligations under the Solicitors Code of Conduct are met at all times, as well as helping to identify and facilitate systems and process improvement. Externally, you will maintain existing clients business values and commercial issues, contribute to client relationship management at an operational level, and assist team managers in ensuring client complaints/concerns are documented and immediately addressed.
