Litigation / Insolvency Paralegal / Lawyers  â€“ Three Permanent Positions

We are a Legal 500 niche litigation practice based in Cheltenham looking to recruit a Paralegal, an NQ and 3-5 PQE lawyer to work on a wide range of complex litigation and insolvency cases.

You will have good solid academic background and be able to work effectively as a litigation lawyer. You also will have excellent client care, strategic thinking and communication skills. You will be working directly alongside and assisting highly experienced colleagues and encouraged to develop a real specialism in litigation and insolvency, with the full support of the firm; this is an extremely good opportunity to grow. The types of work you will be undertaking will be:

Partnership and shareholder disputes; contract disputes; employment; property litigation; privacy and defamation; bankruptcy; Winding up Petitions and other insolvency related work.

The PQE above is a guideline only and does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE. This firm offers a competitive salary as well as potential to make a sizeable bonus.
