An award winning multi-office legal practice is seeking to further expand its litigation offering with the appointment of a Solicitor to its Dispute Resolution department in Kingsbridge. The team undertakes a range of disputes work including property litigation matters, contractual disputes, debt recovery, consumer law claims, insurance disputes and shareholder disputes.

On a daily basis you will be responsible for running your own caseload of primarily property litigation cases, including commercial lease disputes, dilapidation disputes, possession claims, recovery of land, ownership disputes and use of land disputes. You will also be tasked with advising across other areas of litigation.
