A leading regional firm is looking for a senior lawyer to manage its commercial property clients. You will be expected to have a sound knowledge of commercial property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, lease related work, and also development and secured lending. Further to this, you should be able to manage sales and purchase work in relation to high value residential property, as a bonus. You will ideally have 5 years' PQE or more and have a conformability of working in accordance with billing targets. You will have an understanding of marketing and business development within the East Midlands property markets, and a greater salary will be offered to a candidate who can guarantee a genuine client following.
