The Role

You will work alongside the Court of Protection Team, that houses lawyers ranked in the Legal 500 as leaders in their field. The team is regularly instructed on intra-family disputes involving the finances of a person's lacking capacity, complex welfare and deprivation of liberty cases. This will be a hands-on role whereby you will work side on side with a Partner dealing with a interesting caseload.

The Requirements

• You will be a Court of Protection Solicitor Minimum of 3 years PQE
• You should have good technical knowledge and have an eye for detail
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression
• Court of Protection Panel Membership (Desirable)
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
