Job Details
We are seeking a corporate tax Lawyer with a high level of technical knowledge as well as significant experience of corporate transactional work. Our client is open to considering lawyers of varying levels of PQE. The role is base in Norwich but candidates could work from any of our clients offices which also include Cambridge, Chelmsford and Ipswich. Experience of employee benefits, VAT and/or SDLT will be an advantage, and you will be CTA qualified. You will be able to prioritise workload working to tight deadlines, and be comfortable providing expertise across wider teams.
Work will also include corporate sales and restructurings, business investment and property transactions as well as advice on employee benefits.
