Private Client Solicitor

A Private Client Solicitor is required for an excellent opportunity with a highly regarded Legal 500 specialist law firm at their offices in Chester. The firm offers a multi-sectored service which includes private client, dispute resolution, corporate and commercial and employment.

On offer is a competitive salary up to £40,000. The benefits package includes includes 21 days’ holiday plus the ability to buy an additional 5 holidays as required, health cash plan, child care vouchers, and cycle to work scheme.

The role

My client is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their Chester offices. The firm’s Private Client department offer specialist inheritance tax and succession planning advice for business owners, trustees, landowners and farmers.

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be exposed to a variety of exceptional quality work. You will manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters, specifically including high value/complex probate work and estate planning for high net worth clients. You will therefore have a keen interest and vast experience in all aspects of private client law, but particularly high value/complex probate work and estate planning for high net worth individuals. You will be well organised, have an empathetic and professional approach to clients and will work well individually and as part of a team.

The candidate

You must be confident in running a private client caseload, but particularly high value/complex probate work and estate planning for high net worth individuals, unsupervised on a daily basis.
