The Role

The firm are looking for a Solicitor experienced in Social Housing matters (1+ years PQE) to join this top tier, Legal 500 department in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will be knowledgeable of Social Housing and Property Litigation matters. More specifically the successful candidate would handle a range of Disrepair matters, Possession Claims, Homelessness Issues, Illegal Evictions, and Judicial Reviews. Experience in these matters is preferable. However, for the right candidate the firm would offer market leading training to get the practitioner where they need to be.

The department is currently led by several highly regarded Partners, has a large team of active fee-earners, and an excellent support structure built on a network of highly skilled Paralegals and PA's, working on state of the art case management software. Not only would you have excellent exposure to such highly skilled individuals, but you would also have the opportunity to spend your time solely focused on fee earning.

Requirements

• You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 1+ years' experience in Social Housing
