Dispute Resolution Solicitor
A permanent solicitor role with 2-4 years PQE, working in the Dispute Resolution department of an internationally recognised law firm. Paying a competitive rate, based on experience.

This London based law firm, offers clients support in a wide range of business practice areas. Founded in the early 1900's, this renowned firm has grown in size and scope to become a leading firm in its industry.
Your new role:
Your job will involve working with the fee-earners and partners of the Dispute Resolution department. You will work as part of a team, advising the firm's clients on a wide range of commercial litigation matters. Areas will include; asset tracing, privacy and the human rights act, corporate investigations into the conduct of individuals, with the instances of fraud, international disputes, commercial and contractual disputes
What you'll need to succeed:
Ideally you will have approximately 2-4 years PQE as a solicitor and have experience of commercial dispute resolution, preferably with civil fraud and/or reputation management.
You must have a good record of acting in complex cases and be independent enough to take on your own client matters. Good drafting skills and legal knowledge are essential. Furthermore, you will have a high attention to detail; have knowledge of time recording software and possess outstanding IT skills with experience using MS office packages.
Excellent academics are fundamental. You will need to be a team player, have excellent oral and written communication, strong organisation, time management and be used to working in a fast - paced environment.
