Job Details
There is a superb opportunity in the East Midlands for a Head of Residential Conveyancing to lead a team of efficient conveyancers and manage them to hit their targets.
There is a "flat" management structure within the business whereby the team leaders will also be expected to continue to fee earn, often taking on some of the more complex and higher value matters that comes into the department.
You will have had previous supervisory experience and will be keen to make an impact for yourself and the firm, to improve their profile in the East Midlands housing market.
There is a mix of work available, traditional sales and purchase matters but also panel work as the firm acts for clients nationwide.
You will need to be a car driver with your own vehicle.
