Property Legal Assistant. A Property Legal Assistant role has arisen in law firm based in the Portsmouth area. This Property Legal Assistant will join a private practice within their Property Department, which deals with a mix of residential and Commercial Property work.

This Property Department is Partner Led and enjoy a healthy pipeline of Residential and Commercial Property transactional work, as well as, advising upon Landlord & Tenant, Leasehold Enfranchisement and Contentious rental agreements and general Property disputes.

The Role
Supporting Property Fee Earners in their case loads.
Undertaking property searches and land registry.
Proof reading contracts and property agreements,
Office administration relating to opening and closing files.

Experience and Requirements
At least 6 months solid conveyancing experience.
The ability to work under pressure.
Work to given time scales.
Be a Team player
Well organised
Hold a legal qualification such as CILEX or an LLB or LPC

Salary £20,000 to £25,000 dependent upon experience
