Job Details
A senior commercial property position has arisen within the Hertfordshire branch office of a leading regional law firm.
This firm have a total of 3 offices across North London and Hertfordshire and provide a wide-service offering. They have a particularly strong property department with a team of 4 focused on commercial property. Due to forthcoming departure within the team, the firm are actively looking for a replacement to bolster the team.
Your experience should cover landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, portfolio management and development work. You should have ideally acted for clients in the office, retail, industrial and development sector and whilst the client has excellent long standing links with local SMEs and national clients. An interest and experience in marketing and business development is preferred.
