ROLE: Conveyancing Fee Earner
LOCATION: Maidstone
SALARY:£30,000 - £40,000
EMPLOYMENT: Permanent
HOURS: Full time
Level of Experience: 2 Years minimum

Our client is a long standing law firm serving Maidstone and the surrounding areas. They provide legal advice and legal representation in criminal, civil and employment law. Due to expansion and growth our client is looking for a conveyancing fee earner to join their offices in Maidstone.

The successful candidate will be responsible of running a varied residential caseload and will be expected to run this case load from inception to post completion.

The successful candidate must have a complete handle on : -

* Buying / selling

* Commercial leases and purchases

* Tenancy agreements

* Remortgages

* Transfer of equity / change of ownership

* Lease extensions

* Purchasing shares of freehold property
