Supervising Domestic Violence and Childcare Solicitor

Douglas Scott are representing a national law firm who are quickly paving their way to be one of the key players in the legal aid field. The have acquired an exciting source of work, and as such are looking for a Children or Family Panel Accredited Solicitor to assist them in opening a new office and building a team in Chelmsford.

This is a fairly unique opportunity where you will be given the full backing and support of an established firm while still retaining the freedom and flexibility to build and establish your own office, with no requirement for business development due to their existing work flow.

The successful applicant must be Family or Child Panel Accredited to be considered for this position. You will have some supervisory/managerial experience and experience in all aspects of legally aided family law including children matters and domestic violence. Some experience in divorce/matrimonial finance would be beneficial, but not essential.
