Our client an international legal practice is seeking to grow its professional negligence offering with the appointment of a Professional Negligence Solicitor from two to four years’ post qualification experience.

The team act on behalf the majority of global insurance companies, defending both domestic and international claims.  They advise upon complex and high value claims in addition to more straightforward and cost sensitive professional negligence matters. You can expect to manage your own caseload of disputes involving a range of professions, to include: accountants, barristers, solicitors, surveyors, construction & technology professionals. There may also be a small selection of Claimant work.

Responsibilities will include preparing reports for insurer clients, liaising with senior level professional clients, preparing Court cases, and undertaking presentations with clients.
