Fraud Fee Earner

Our top tier, highly accredited Client are now seeking a Fraud fee earner to join their highly successful team based in Birmingham. Insurance fraud remains one of the fastest growing areas of legal practice and in a difficult market still offers significant opportunities for progression. 

This role will see you join a well established, but growing team at a heavyweight litigation practice. The firm is a top 50 practice recognised for its excellence in insurance work. 

Previous defendant insurance fraud experience is required and applications are welcome from qualified solicitor, CILEX or non qualified fee earners who are confident they can hit the ground running with their own insurance fraud caseload. 

The partner may consider an experienced defendant litigator looking to make a move over to fraud.
