A local niche employment practise is looking to make a junior hire within their employment team. Working alongside, and mentored by, a partner and solicitor of over 40 years’ combined experience. In this role, you will be expected to come on board and prove yourself from day one.

The firm is looking for a commercially inclined NQ solicitor with experience in respondent matters dealing with team moves, restructuring, dismissal claims, and a general business and HR advisory function. You should have a desire to work with high value clients on an intimate basis.

You will ideally be expected to have strong academics, have trained with a leading local firm, and have experience with an employment department during your training contract. In return, you will be offered a leading regional salary and benefits package.
