The Role

Because this firm are expanding, they are looking for a Residential Property Partner (8+ PQE) for their prestigious Ashford office, Kent.

You will be an integral part of expanding the Residential Conveyancing department, be instrumental in business development, and direct a team of first class lawyers in Property Law matters in a growing, modern, forward thinking practice.

The team deal with a wide range of Residential Property matters including conveyancing sales, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared equity purchases, holiday and buy to let investments, residential tenancy agreements, short term licenses, leasehold properties, declarations of trust amongst many more.
