Childcare Solicitor / Legal Executive - Full or Part Time

A niche boutique family and childcare practice is eager to appoint a Childcare Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the firms' specialist Childcare Team and be based at the firms' office in the heart of Warwickshire.

This highly regarded firm only undertakes family and childcare matters meaning that the team has extensive experience of the subject matter and, such is the firms' reputation, it is able to boast a client base at local, national and international levels.

This firm is the victim of its own success as it continues to enjoy an ever-expanding client base and because of this the practice wishes to appoint a childcare solicitor or legal executive to deal with a broad remit of childcare matters. You will have a minimum of 2 years' PQE and will have solid experience of dealing with childcare matters to include areas such as adoption, care proceedings, parental responsibility and rights for grandparents.

What is important to succeed in this role is that you will not only be ambitious, enthusiastic, have excellent client care skills and have a desire to develop your career but you will also have good advocacy experience, even if this only extends to non-contested advocacy experience, as long as you aspire to enhancing your advocacy expertise quickly.

The firm is open for this role to be conducted on either a part-time or a full-time basis and, in addition, the practice is able to offer a competitive salary, a generous holiday allowance and a very friendly and down to earth working environment.

Whilst it would be advantageous if you were to hold Children's Panel Membership, this is by no means a prerequisite as long as you seek to attain membership in the future and the firm will be happy to support you in doing this.

This is a good opportunity for a childcare practitioner to take their career to the next level by making a strategic career move to a boutique firm that can provide exposure to high quality matters in a supportive environment.

In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".
