This Legal 500 Hull based law firm is rapidly expanding, resulting in its need to add two ambitious corporate solicitors NQ-5 PQE or legal executives to its team of four however, my client is also open to applications at associate or partner level.
You will be responsible for high calibre corporate transactions for a wide range of the firm’s clients including PLCs, family businesses, charities and education providers. You will be exposed to high value big ticket transactions to include M&A, joint ventures and share sales from the day you start.
You will have:
- Previous experience within corporate law (NQs must have completed a seat in this department)
- Have the ability and drive to assist with the firm's business development
This is a full time or part time position and will provide an experienced corporate solicitor the opportunity to further develop your career within a forward thinking, highly respected and supportive Legal 500 law firm.
