Company Secretarial Assistant
 
My client is looking to bring on board an ambitious individual to provide professional company secretarial support to assist with a broad range of projects based in their offices in Brighton.
 
Your responsibilities will include;
 
-Organising AGMs and assisting with agenda preparation
-Maintenance of the Blueprint database
-Drafting resolutions, and arranging execution of documentation
-Companies House filings
-Liaising with external corporate service providers
-Organising signatures for change of directors/shareholders, registered address and payment of dividends 
-Managing, maintaining and filing of all company records and documents for the companies within the group
-Reviewing legal agreements
-Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and governance best practice
 
You will also be expected to keep abreast of regulatory developments and industry initiatives, networking and other tasks required by the head of department. 
 
This Brighton-based role would be suitable with a law or business degree background, with some prior Company Secretarial experience and looking to work in sunny Brighton! Professional qualifications such as ICSA/Law Society based would be advantageous. In addition, language skills such as Italian/Spanish/Russian would be desirable.
