One of Merseyside's fastest growing and very well established Personal Injury specialist insurance firms have a unique position within their dedicated Counter Claims department, for an experienced and passionate Litigator.
 
The department is currently around 5 strong, and they deal exclusively with cases on a claimant and defendant basis. You'll have experience dealing with litigated claimant and defendant work, either within a counter claims environment or as a fee earner dealing with either/or. Your new role will see you taking control of your own personal caseload which you'll handle from instruction through to completion.
