Their culture is one of positivity, enthusiasm and focused around the people that work there. They nurture legal talent and provide a career structure which is based on merit, without the usual confusing application process and box-ticking exercise, there are no glass ceilings here at all, with no earning limits and pointless pay grades which reward on a level of experience rather than taking into account the individual and the value they add to the firm.

As an experienced Recruiter, upon getting to know the firm, I feel they are truly unique, and I find their story, vision, and ways of working refreshing.
