Structured Finance Lawyer

The firm is seeking to recruit a new Structured Finance Lawyer into their City of London office.

The Structured Finance practice at the firm has been market-leading for over 20 years. They are highly ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers.

The team services an impressive client base, they deal with a wide variety of market-leading transactions, from public and private asset-backed securitisations (ABS) and asset-backed commercial paper conduit programmes (ABCP) to peer-to-peer lending, and other FinTech platforms.

You will work closely Derivatives team where ample support resources are on hand. Both of these departments are well managed. They are ambitious and are growing quickly, you will be at the forefront of a growing department and will assist with the growth of the department. You will work as part of a friendly, supportive, and highly experienced team.

Due to the growth of the team, this role comes with good prospects for progression.

• You will be a Structured Finance Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will have good technical knowledge
• You will be ambitious and want to progress
