Are you a solicitor considering a move in or to an in-house setting and with a grounding in property and/or commercial contracts?

If so, then please do read on.

QED Legal's client, a successful, independent business with an international clientele is seeking to recruit a solicitor with a minimum of three years PQE to manage some of their legal affairs, primarily a large volume of commercial leasing and straightforward commercial contracts work.

In addition to these duties, you will be required to look at the work currently outsourced to other legal service providers and make a judgement on what could potentially be brought in-house.

There is the opportunity to become involved in other areas of the business alongside your legal responsibilities should you so wish.

You will already have operated as in-house counsel or be an accomplished private practice solicitor looking for something else out of your career rather than remaining on the fee earning treadmill towards partnership.
