Job Title: Corporate Paralegal (Training Contract on Offer)
Salary: Up to £28,000
Commutable from: Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington, Chester
My client are a global recruitment company who are currently looking to bring on their next Paralegal with a view to training them to become their next solicitor. The successful candidate will join a fast growing legal team who after developing a number of solicitors under their effective training programme are now ready to add to that. The position will involve learning closely from 2 very senior lawyers whilst also supporting other members of the legal team on their day to day work.
The chosen candidates will be required to look at a range of Corporate and Commercial matters as the business expands globally into various jurisdictions. You would also be responsible for supporting on any wider ad-hoc legal matters that are dealt with in-house.
The ideal candidate must have some experience in a corporate paralegal position and any additional commercial law experience would be useful. You will be highly organised with a strong sense of commerciality and a willingness to roll your sleeves up, getting stuck into the day to day work, to support the other members of the legal team.
