Commercial Contracts Solicitor - Part Time

New opportunity for a Qualified Commercial Contracts Solicitor who is seeking a Part time opportunity. You will be joining a fast growing and innovative Tech business based in Crewe.

Our client work for a number of large national brands across multiple sectors including construction, utilities, financial services, travel and retail.

As the 1st legal hire into the business, you will have the opportunity to shape the role and function as you see fit. Initially your remit will be to provide assurance and quality commercial legal advice on a range of contracts agreed with clients. This will include indemnities relating to future data breaches under GDPR. In addition, your expertise will also be utilised in relation to Procurement contracts for the range of services used by the company.

Ideally you will have gained experience either direct from Private Practice, or from an existing In House team. You will report directly to the CEO and have daily contact with the Commercial Director.

This Commercial Solicitor role represents a great option for an experienced Solicitor who is seeking flexible, part time hours to accommodate other commitments.
