Private Client Solicitor (4yrs+)

Excellent opportunity has arisen with a highly regarded and prestigious  law firm. The role requires a private client specialist with not less than 4 yrs’ PQE managing instructions on  high value and taxable estates. Iideally you will be STEP qualified or close to achieving accreditation.

There is an interesting mix of both old money clients (family trusts and inherited wealth) and entrepreneurs and business owners. The team has a width and depth of expertise that is second to none and attracts excellent quality work.

Typical instructions include all forms of wealth protection and estate distribution including:

• Advising on and preparing Wills,
• Estate & Wealth Protection measures,
• Lasting Powers of Attorney,
• Living Wills and Letters of Wishes,
• Lifetime gifts and tax issues,
• Elderly Client Advice,
• Trusts advice, creation and administration,
• Variation of Wills
• IHT & CGT calculations
• High value probate administrations
